Summary
Keres has never known anything besides training to be an assassin and following through with missions. As an Omega she has been forced to hide her designation, and she has been hiding her enhancement from Hydra since they bought her at auction. With Rumlow as her handler and roommate she must figure out how to escape Hydra before she finds herself on the wrong side of history and keeping Steve and Natasha from finding out she is Hydra.
Starts in Winter Soldier and will probably end after Endgame. I like to stay close to canon but I also like to be messy with relationships. This story will probably hurt your feelings at some point.
This will be slow to update, my new job only allows for a few hours in the evening when I get home and I do have other things to do in that time. I'm sorry :( I'm trying.

Summary
Being named after the stars was a common thing, people see their beauty and their magnificence, and they want it for their own. Stars hold a sense of wonder, of power, of time and space and everything in-between. They have an innocence to them, a feeling of safety, of a higher being looking down on the world, glistening from the galaxies.
Stella was named after these stars, but not for any of the above reasons. Her name was chosen because stars were made up of fire, they burned brightly- just as she did. She had spent her whole life being Nick Fury's super-powered child assassin, it was all she knew and the main lesson he had taught her was to kill or be killed. She was his brightest star, his favorite killing machine- but everybody knows stars shine their brightest when they are about to burn out.
When SHIELD falls, and she is suddenly at risk of being exposed, Fury sends her to his other heroes, the Avengers, and Stella learns there's a whole lot more to life than Nick Fury had ever taught her.
Or, Tony Stark has a problem not adopting troubled and parentless children, especially ones that shine brightly once he enters a room.

Summary
A year after the Winter Soldier failed his mission in DC, Bucky Barnes is doing his best to stay under the radar from both Hydra and Steve Rogers. His hope for a peaceful day-to-day life in limbo goes awry, however, when he meets Queens’ newest hero; a pure-hearted kid with a death wish and a ridiculous pair of red and blue pajamas.
The last thing Steve expects when he finally tracks Bucky down is that, not only has the man been living in Queens all this time, right under his nose, but also that, in the two years since they last saw each other, Bucky somehow acquired a kid.
Alternatively: How Peter Parker effectively fucks over Bucky Barnes, and also totally saves him.
