Ayo smirks, finally steps back into the sand ring. “My turn, White Wolf.”
Bucky’s head snaps back to Ayo. He arches a brow when he sees her little smirk, quickly narrows his eyes at her clear challenge. Though, he’s not stupid – he leans in just so Ayo can hear his words as he whispers, “You just wanna kick my ass in front Shuri, don’t you?”
The slow, but clear growing of Ayo’s smirk is enough of an answer.
Bucky sighs, nods in acceptance. “OK, but... can you at least try to break the arm this time?” He glances briefly over his shoulder (sees Shuri talking to her friends.) “She’s starting to get suspicious.”
Ayo chuckles at that. “Oh, White Wolf. You are more pathetic now while in love, than I have ever seen you while broken.”

Hulk scowls as he crosses his arms over his chest. “Thor love Puny Green God. Puny Green God love Thor back.” He states back rather than taunts – because Hulk isn’t as dumb as everybody thinks he is.
Thor folds his arms over his chest, too, though, mainly to keep himself from fidgeting on his feet so much. To distract himself further he speaks, and will worry about how childish he sounded later on when he’s alone again (hopefully at some point that happens again.) “Of course I love her. She’s my sister. Surely you’re not this simple?”
Hulk huffs, glare flashing back across his big green face. “Thor in love.”

“Thanks.” Derek shoots her small smile, finally glances back to Stiles. He smirks slightly when he sees her hiding behind her own menu, lifts a hand and gently pulls it down so he can see her. His smirk widens when she only blinks back at him, stares back at him with those lovely big amber eyes of hers. He almost forgets to breath. Almost forgets what he was going to say.
“Lemme guess – two cheeseburgers stuffed with bacon and lots of curly fries?”
Her eyes widen, then, quickly narrow, and Stiles’ heart simply flutters at the proud little grin he gives her. Somehow, she steels herself enough to answer without sounding like a total idiot. “You forgot about the strawberry milkshake.”

“STOP calling me that!” Stevie finally snaps, turns to glare at him, but ends up glaring at the officers about to open fire on them both. She lets out another annoyed snarl, grabs Bucky’s arm and hauls up the shield to protect them both. When she sneaks a quick glance at him, Bucky is giving her a soft and pleading look that makes both her skin crawl so disgustingly and her heart ache with more want than she thought possible. “I’m not her! She’s dead!” She shoves the shield away from her, almost leaves him to protect himself.
But then, Bucky is pulling the shield back up, and protecting her face from being caved in by a damn shotgun.
Stevie shoots him a stunned look mainly because she’s trying to get over how fucking reckless she’s being (because of him! She needs to get away from him. She can’t think straight with him around, let alone act.)
“You’re not dead. You’re right here. And I’m not giving up on you. Never. I promised. And I know you remember that.”
