Summary
Katniss Everdeen-Mellark goes to the woods surrounding New Appalachia, a.k.a the former District Twelve, on the morning of the fiftieth anniversary of the final Reaping of the Hunger Games. There, she is literally waylaid by her own past, and wakes in the past, six weeks before Primrose was first Reaped. Alone, grieving, terrified, and without a clue on how she got there (and then), she realizes that it will be impossible for her- on every level- to simply live through events as they transpired in her personal future. With no way to return her to that future, she is nevertheless determined to get back to her own party - hopefully with a lot less damage and fewer crucial casualties along the way.
Now, the Mockingjay faces the greatest challenge of her long life... Turning the odds forever and perpetually in her, and Panem's favor, without giving herself away.

Mentioning about the mark is taboo unless otherwise said so, as per the Ratri Clan Heads’ orders. Norman is the first child to not have a soulmate mark, he is also the first child they’ve seen to have a different type of eyes. With the lack of soulmate mark and him being born with a special attribute, the Ratri Head is already interested enough. Months later, another child is born without a soulmate mark. The two children are sent to Gracefield in Isabella’s care.

It ended with the prince taking out his own heart and sealing the raven away by using a forbidden power. In a certain town, the prince who had lost his heart met a duck. Because of her love for the prince the duck turned into a princess and gathered together the lost shards of his heart. The prince gradually regained his feelings and at long last he even regained the feeling of love, and they lived happily ever after.

The Raven escaped from the pages of the story and the Prince pursued the fell creature. In the end the Prince shattered his own heart to seal the Raven away. This power, which had been granted solely to him, was nevertheless forbidden.
The shattered shards of the Prince’s heart scattered throughout the town and sought places to settle in the hearts of people who had a void in them. Without his heart, the Prince was cursed to wander without feeling, or even remembering who he was. Inside the town the story and time, which had become entangled, ceased to move forward.
