Naegi is nowhere to be found at where they'd scheduled to meet. Instead, a letter greets Kyouko Kirigiri on her desk, mentioning that Naegi is gone with a mysterious identity calling themselves a 'fishman'.
So, like the detective she is, she decides to find out who the fishman is... a mystery that gets more and more complicated when the entire class decides to find the elusive fishman as well.
Little does she know it's all part of Naegi's surprise.
