Summary
Stiles’ parents had the happiest, gushiest, a-typical connection that you could hope to hear about. They had met in an interview and within that month they had bonded. Just like that, they had instantly known that they were going to love one another. A lot of people gave them flack for being too quick, but when you felt a connection, you felt a connection, or so they always told Stiles. And from that day on the Stilinskis were the happiest pair of bondmates you would ever hope to find in Beacon Hills, and when Sentinel Stilinski became Papa Stilinksi, and then only a few years after that Sheriff Stilinski, his bondmate was always there to guide him along his way. His loving wife and the beautiful mother to his son. And after her death he would never be the same again, the emotional wound too jagged to fit another Guide within his life, like a puzzle piece with only one other matching cut-out, now gone forever.

Summary
Derek Hale is the photographer for the family-run magazine 'NECKZ 'n THROATS', a periodical aimed solely at the werewolf demographic. When the model for their monthly bails out, the staff are hard-pressed to find someone else to photograph at the last minute.
Stiles Stilinski is a college student, scraping by on odd jobs to pay for his education fees. When his long-time friend Lydia finds him a one-off gig at a photo-shoot, he figures it couldn't hurt.
As contrary as their natures appear to be, Derek finds the most fascinating piece of art at the end of his lens.

Summary
Pack Mentality is widely considered the new frontier in mens fashion magazines rivaling GQ itself. Head photographer, Stiles Stilinksi, is out scouting for new models when he meets Derek Hale. Shenanigans (also angst) ensue as Stiles attempts to simultaneously emotionally unravel and woo the surly, reluctant model.
"Laura sounded majorly pissed off. And Stiles couldn't help but think 'What the hell was it with him and the Hale siblings? Was it some kind of cosmic joke? Did he somehow spite the magnificent house of Hale in another life? Why? Why couldn’t he catch a break.'
Stiles was being overdramatic, he knew that. He tended to do that when he was stressed, or overtired or hopelessly crushing on someone who would never, in a million years, like him back. TRIGGER WARNING: BULIMIA/SELF-HARM
"It all began simply enough… they were forced to watch a video in health class about eating disorders. Everyone seemed appalled by the tactics used by the young gymnast girls to lose weight, but not Stiles. Stiles thought to himself, ‘that doesn’t seem too difficult, it actually works? Not a bad idea, really.’
The monster started off as just a tiny thing, Stiles would only purge if he had eaten something ‘bad’, like on pizza nights with Scott. He would make sure he drank lots of water and soda, then he would sneak off to the bathroom while Scott was engrossed in whatever game they were playing or movie they were watching. There, he would jam two fingers down his throat. He would empty the contents of his stomach and feel so relieved afterward that he hadn’t actually consumed the copious amounts of calories… that he wouldn’t have to suffer through that pain of regret that follows eating anything fattening.
Stiles lost 6lbs within the first two weeks."

Summary
The other factors sounded like complete bullshit. Like about Companions having certain dispositions for submission, and a personality built around wanting to please. Fuck that, Stiles was a strong independent man who didn’t need no wolf. Submitting was straight up taught in classes. Don’t talk back, try to reason not argue, never run away when your Mate was in heat. Mate? More like owner. There was a reason Companions were called pets. God Stiles hated it all, the hypocrisy. It was an honor? More like a life sentence.
An AU where werewolves are given humans as pets called Companions, and a very begrudging Stiles is taken in by Derek Hale, much to both their displeasure. And then pleasure. Very, very sexual pleasure.
