Inspired by @mars_sends_their_regrets 's Exites Employee Neil AU that I have been obsessed with! This is a direct follow-up from their fic (but not at all meant to be canon to their AU), please check it out if you haven't, it's INCREDIBLE.
Neil hoped that Kevin wouldn't show up again after their last meeting but Neil's not a lucky guy and Kevin's annoyingly persistent. Neil knows he shouldn't want what Kevin is offering. He needs to walk away from him the way he's always done. But this time is different, and maybe hope doesn't have to feel like a death sentence. Neil's certain walking away would be the thing that saves his life, but it might also be the thing that kills him in the end.

Summary
“Name?” One asks. Another person who doesn’t know him. Perhaps he just looks too banged up to be recognized? It certainly feels like it.
“Izuku Midoriya,” he replies. He spots a pin on the emergency responder’s shirt. It’s a tiny, barely visible 3D version of Deku. “Hero Deku at your service.” He jokes.
The responder laughs, and he knows it was a mistake. “You’re funny, kid.”
“What?” he asks in a breathy wheeze.
“Huh? how bad is that concussion? Do you really think you’re Deku?” He trails off, seeming to realize that Izuku can't respond. “Hang tight kid, we are almost there.”
But Izuku is starting to lose all that is left of his sanity. What. Is. Happening.
“Hey,” another responder says, patting his arm. “Are you sure your name is Izuku Midoriya? I’m not getting anything in our system.”
Finally, Izuku has a moment of clarity. Seiko. She did do something. She erased him.
Izuku Midoriya is gone.—
When the world forgets Izuku’s name, he must decide whether it is worth the sacrifice needed to return home, or if it’s just easier to fade into the background.
Back at UA, Katsuki tries to figure out why a random boy on the street is making him question everything.

Jeremy Knox is beyond beautiful, he’s a work of art. Jean knows this. Everyone who has eyes knows this. In fact, Jean believes even the blind know it because all you have to do is listen to the sound of Jeremy’s laugh, the way it curves on his tongue and comes out like it belongs within nature to know that he’s beautiful. Jeremy Knox feels like a figment of Jean’s imagination.
;
Jean is really jealous that he can't have Jeremy but little does he know, Jeremy wants him.

Summary
Choices had consequences.
Ghost knew that intimately. He knew it so well that he got good at predicting what the consequences might be. It was a game he played. And won. Years of practice. A habit he’d ironed into the fabric of his instincts.
There had to be a consequence for loving you. He just hadn’t figured it out yet.

Summary
“I want to see him,” Andrew decides.
“They won’t let you,” Wymack tells him.
Andrew grits out, “They don’t get to decide that.”
Wymack’s eyes never stop searching him. “They do.”
Andrew can’t look at anything. He sounds awfully, condemningly and absolutely indifferent. “They don’t get to decide he’s dead.”
“They did,” Wymack says.
A hospital has never been so fucking quiet.
Or Neil dies in Baltimore but doesn’t quite leave. This a look into the complexity of Andrew’s trauma, grief, and psychosis that manifests itself as the undying ghost of Neil Josten. Reality and sanity are fragile concepts that Andrew isn’t too concerned about anymore; not if it means never letting Neil go, again and again and again. He made a promise, after all.
