Wise looked down, clutching the front of his leather jacket, “I see.”
There was an awkward mood, something that was becoming more of an occurrence between them lately. Lighter knew it had been a while since they last went out, only ever seeing each other in passing or whenever Wise went to watch his band perform. As they became more popular, finding the free time to go on dates and to see each other became scant.
All the missed calls and unanswered text messages, the apologies for postponing dates, the distance that had formed.
Lighter wanted to make up for them, for Wise. But finding the time was near impossible.
It was Wise who eventually lifted his head, hands shaking as he took a deep breath.
“Lighter.” He starts, voice shaky.
“Let’s end this.”

As soon as he walks in, Eiden knows this guy is something special. He stalks into the bar on stiff legs. His long, blueish gray hair swishes behind him. The bar’s dim, grungy light gleams off the surface of the sapphire he wears around his neck, making it look somehow even more fancy and out of place.
It’s been too long since anyone this interesting came around.
Eiden has to have him.
Eiden and Edmond meet at a gay bar. It is obviously Edmond’s first time, but Eiden has done all of this before.
This time won’t be a one night stand, though.
