The RED Engineer's always had a fascination for machinery that went further than just curiosity. During one of these Man(n) vs. Machine battles, he overpowers and captures an engiebot to modify it for some fun. It's oddly compliant once they get to know each other a little better.
In other words, RED Engineer is turned on by robots and gets fucked by one that looks just like him.
