Summary
What started out as a simple case turns into a catastrophe as a former Stark Industries employee attempts to ruin the Avengers lives by targeting Bucky.
Unfortunately, Nelson Murdock and Page get caught in the middle of it.
Along the way The Avengers grow to care for their new lawyers, even growing worried for their blind, seemingly always injured new friend.
Or, the Avengers hire Nelson Murdock and Page Attorneys at law, while they’re working the case the Avengers start caring abt the three of them. Then they notice Matt keeps getting hurt and showing up to work injured and they get concerned. They get even more concerned when they find out he has a boyfriend.
Meanwhile Matt has zero self preservation skills and Frank is Trying His Best™
And things only escalate from there

Summary
A select team was drawn together to understand a threat they didn't know they ever faced...and how some possible allies stopped it. Wait, who were they again? What do you mean, wiped memory?
~~Or: The Avengers watch the Defenders TV show...except their memories of anything to do with the Defenders have been wiped. Cue confusion as they are randomly introduced to people they have no idea about. Cue assumptions and jumping to conclusions...and there aren't any Defenders around to correct them. Oh shit.
(Takes place before Infinity War. No knowledge of Defenders required)
