Thus begins an elaborate date, teetering on the edge of disaster from the very start. Yet, with Amon on duty, somehow he manages to keep these two hopelessly in-love idiots from crashing and burning, and taking him down with them.

In other words, Mr. Fool/Klein takes his beloved Gehrman Sparrow on a “totally-not-a-date”, all the while Gehrman can’t help but worry if his God’s sudden, erratic behavior is a sign of him losing control. All the while, Amon watches it unfold, offering Klein occasional and extremely unhelpful(?) tips.
