  Summary

  The last time they saw each other, the world was quiet as something angry settled and Katsuki died a little bit inside because he didn’t think it would end like that. And now, here they are at a U.A’s Infamous Class A get-together and he’s here.

  He’s actually here. Katsuki can barely believe it. “Kats, are you gonna drink or not?” slurs Denki as he hooks an arm around Katsuki’s neck. The blonde doesn’t bother responding. Too focused on him. He’s fuller now, grown into himself.

  Katsuki wishes he got to see it happen.

  Summary

  As Izuku slowly regained consciousness, he found himself enveloped in a moment of heart-breaking vulnerability. The silence of the dim room was broken by the sobs of his mother. "Oh, my baby, I'm so sorry," she whispered, her words carrying a weight of emotion that lingered in the air.

  Izuku, still groggy and uncertain, didn’t understand the cause of his mother's sorrow. "Mom?" he rasped and Inko broke down. Izuku felt helpless as she cried and with desperation etched his voice as he attempted to comfort her, but the absence of his other arm paralyzed him. "Mom...?" he pleaded, terror seeping into his tone. Inko, tears streaming down her face, could only manage, "Izuku, I'm sorry, I'm so sorry," as his lip quivered.
