Summary
If there was one thing Wilbur knew, growing up in the village that trained the country’s most dedicated hunters, it was that no one likes it when you ask questions. Especially at the wrong time.
He’s made enough mistakes over the years that everyone knew he was slotted for desk work for after his induction into the hunter’s guild and likely never be allowed to return here. Not that he cares. Most of his friends were older and have already moved out, Wilbur hopes he’ll be assigned to a place at least one of them ended up.
But as his 15th birthday approaches the punishments for his mistakes are getting harsher, more constant. Wilbur just wants to get away. At least for a while.
So one afternoon when he’s locked out, he goes further into the woods than he’s supposed to. Fantasizing about killing monsters and helping people, when he hears a child crying in the distance.

His hands are clenched tightly into fists, trying to ground and calm himself as footsteps approach the door, the knob turning and the door swing opens, and Tommy is staring at blood red eyes.
"Theseus." The nickname that Techno used to so fondly call Tommy is now filled with heavy bitterness, and those ruby eyes harden just a little.
Immediately, Tommy looks away and flinches a little, staring at the ground as his fingers fiddle with the hem of his shirt.
This was such a bad idea, Tommy is an absolute fucking idiot for thinking he would even make it out here alive.

“Look,” Wilbur started shakily, his hands raised to his side. “I don’t know what my father did, and I don’t care. I’m not going to try and get revenge for anything, he deserved it.” Maybe if they knew that he and his father didn’t get along they would be more lenient. “We don’t have money, but there is a stash of drugs in the bottom drawer of my dad's desk. You can have them.”
The blonde one merely smiled even wider. “Nonsense little one.” He extended his arms, delicately cupping Wilbur’s face. “I found exactly what I’m looking for.” The man cooed, making Wilbur shudder. “Where is your little brother Wilbur?” His voice was dripping with honey. It felt like a trap.
“He’s not here.” Wilbur lied. “He’s at a friend's house.”
Or-Mafia AU, where mob bosses Phil and Techno decide they simply must have Tommy and Wilbur. Wilbur isn't so keen on this

The crown sat innocently on his head, mocking him. Daring him to speak out. He could feel how the power from the enchanted headpiece lapping at his skin, like the tides of the sea. They were reminders. He could feel them. All of them. Their possessive touches every so often checking how he was, giving him a look over. The aura from the enchanted crown curled around him like the coils of a snake.
He was theirs now. Their prince, their brother, their son. Their blood. Like it they are his family now, and he is their prince. Whether he had a say in it or not. The young prince shivered.
Or: Tommy is a reluctant prince that is forced to wear an enchanted crown that allows the SBI's presence to be with him.

Tubbo felt a growing sense of dread as he took in his husband's expression.Tubbo has been trapped with Technoblade since his husband's death. But Ranboo has been revived. Surely, he'll be able to escape and go home now, right?

“What happened?”
Wilbur’s grip got even tighter. “Those heroes. They want to take you from us. I won’t let them.”
Or-Tommyinnit is an undercover hero, who was tasked with infiltrating and spying on the villain organization, the Syndicate. When his betray is found out Wilbur decides that he's not willing to let his little brother be used as a tool for the hero's any longer, no matter what Tommy might have to say for it himself.

And then suddenly quiet. He couldn’t hear Carl running after him anymore, the only sound being his heavy beating heart and the rain.
There’s no way Techno knows, right? How would he be able to tell Tommy was hiding here? He had to assume Tommy would try to get away as far as he could.
But why couldn’t he hear Carl anymore? Did they pass him already? That didn’t seem possible, he would surely hear them as they got further away from him.
A bright light illuminated his hiding place for a second, making him flinch in surprise. Tommy’s scream echoed through the forest as he stared straight into Technoblade’s eyes.
“You’re a long way from home, Theseus.”

Or; Technoblade is a possessive bastard and Tommy thinks it's a great idea to try and run away from him. It doesn't go well.
