Summary
Robotnik just wishes he would give it one little try. He offered after each of his own uses, but the agent remained steadfast in his denial, smiling in both politeness and in mild delight at being acknowledged, but still refusing to partake. It was strange. There were all sorts of unconventional experiments Stone submitted himself to for Robotnik’s sake over the years, all just to satiate the doctor’s insatiable curiosity.
Random blood tests, brain scans, vials of urine and sweat, tracking chips, even possibly-not-human-safe chemical concoctions. But a teeny tiny electric shock from a quill has him making a fuss?
Ridiculous.
OR
Stone is reluctant to try licking the blue quill. Robotnik is determined to change his mind.

"Who cuts your hair, Stone?" He questioned suddenly, peering at Stone with a piercing, evaluating, intensity.
"You cannot recruit my barber, sir. I cut my own hair." At that, the Doctor's eyes widened fractionally, then he smirked in a way that told Stone that response would not end well for him - for whatever reason. Robotnik clapped his hands together and stood.
"Great!" He chirped, sweeping up the scissors with him. "Then you can do it."

The previous agents assigned to Robotnik, while all having their own redacted parts in their files, had maybe a fifth of the ink coating Agent Stone’s. Robotnik can’t help but marvel at the number of things hidden.
And, wildly enough, how Stone’s first name is one of them.
