    Summary

    Wei WuXian and Lan WangJi were meant to destroy the dark cultivation that Wen RuoHan had begun through the use of the yin shards. They were destined to be immortals practising both yin and yang energy to keep the magic of the cultivation world in check. But they died horribly because of greed and betrayal, their souls shattered to never be reincarnated again. However, Fate could not allow it because without them, all hell could be emptied out into the world of the living within a thousand years. Fate turned time back twenty-three years. The problem was, nobody has had a chance to drink the soup of forgetfulness.
    So, when the memories in the form of nightmares became unbearable, Fate led little Lan Zhan and Wei Ying to Wen KeXing and Zhou ZiShu.

    Nie Huaisang knows that things in this world are rarely story-shaped. That they're more akin to ink spilled on parchment - Messy and unpredictable and rather tragic. But out of all the threads he's woven throughout damn near a decade, he had not expected the most straightforward of his ploys to go this awry.

    He had not expected Wei-Xiong to end up here in Qinghe, half-drunk and too thin with no Lan Wangji in sight. Because it turns out that on his way to becoming the Chief Cultivator, the great Hanguang-Jun had left Wei-Xiong on the side of the road to walk alone in a world that most probably still wants him dead.

    What else could Huaisang have done other than bring Wei-Xiong home with him?

    Jiang Cheng wrote three times a year for over a decade and a half requesting that Lan Sizhui come and visit. Finally, at nineteen, arrived, having absolutely no clue why the sect leader would want him to come. Jiang Cheng showed him to his quarters, opened the doors, and said, "This was your father's room."

    Suddenly, Lan Sizhui finds himself in the home of the father he'd forgotten, but surrounded by his things. With the relics left behind by a man shoved into shadows by an awful war, Sizhui has to figure out who his father was and why people refuse to say his name. Possibly, he and his friends might even bring him back from the dead.

    The one where Yu Ziyuan time traveled but she thought that it was her visions of her alternate life.

    She learned that there is a brat named Wei Ying who brought destruction to her and her family's life.

    And so in her present, she vowed that she will never allow that to happen.

     

    In which Yu Ziyuan found the four-year-old Wei Ying, newly pushed out of the inn where his parents left him, and decided that no, this child must never be associated with her, her family, and their sect at all.

    And so Yu Ziyuan thought that she could bring him somewhere where someone may or may not find him but definitely far from where her husband could find him. If he's lucky, he'll survive that winter, if he's not, then death awaits the fevered child.

    This is the extent of mercy that Yu Ziyuan could give a child.

    With this, she'll raise her children without having to deal with a brat that brings trouble where he goes according to her visions of her alternate life.

    Like the tag stated, this is definitely not Yu Ziyuan centric.
