Noah’s rushing home when he sees the grocery store and pulls in. There’s no real plan, just old memories of family meals. He picks up onions, peppers, sausage (the real kind, not the kind Stiles insists they eat that’s surprisingly good – sometimes a man needs some pork), a jar of sauce and spaghetti.
Absently, he wonders when he last actually cooked a meal that wasn’t on the grill. For years the kitchen was Claudia’s domain, then when Claudia died it was Stiles’ – Stiles, his hyper, messy, too-smart-for-his-own-good son.
