Summary
Life can be such a wonder sometimes. For Boyfriend, his entire life is a mystery. He awakens as an amnesiac ghost, incorporeal to the world around him. Nobody can see or hear him. Despite his countless attempts, not a single person has yet to acknowledge his presence.
Well, except for one person, it would seem. By some miracle, or by some unfortunate draw of luck, the one person of thousands who finally sees and speaks to Boyfriend turns out to be quite the unique fellow. And by unique fellow, it means he’s an absolute asshole.

Shadow is mistakenly given a love potion instead of a truth serum, causing him to say some pretty embarrassing things to Sonic he would have never admitted. Despite trying to keep his own emotions in check, Sonic can't help but feel drawn to Shadow's affections. + a little pretty obvious plot-twist at the end!(This was supposed to be a Oneshot, not anymore lol)

Let me just say that being sucked into a video game was probably the best (and scariest) thing that has ever happened to me. I went into Super Mario World, and it was amazing! Not only did I get to escape my terribly boring life, I got the chance to befriend Luigi, give Daisy personal advice, and find out I sort of have a crush on Princess Peach. Above all, I saved Mushroom Kingdom, and a lot of other places, from a terrible fate!
