Summary
Jimin was fine with his feelings for Taehyung before. He had managed to keep them contained when he spent countless days by Taehyung's side for nearly a decade; he had withstood the near-constant yearning for his best friend when the time they spent together was reduced to only one or two days every six months. For so many years, he has carried those heavy, unspoken feelings in his chest.
But for some reason, on this near-deserted beach in LA on a rainy July afternoon, he finds he no longer knows how to stop them from spilling out.
(Cue lots of roleplaying, some angst, misunderstanding, and lots of sappy soulmate fluff.)

it’s wimbeldon 2025.
kim taehyung is the world number one in tennis. park jimin is the world number two.
after loosing in the french open final to jimin, taehyung comes to wimbeldon with a lot of expectations, from others and also from himself. he comes with a need to prove himself.
and part of this proving himself meant that he had to stop talking to jimin, he needed space.
so when taehyung runs into jimin at wimbeldon… let’s just say all hell breaks loose.
