Summary
It seemed to me there was always a huge time gap between seasons 8 and 9, think about it the SGC gets a new boss Jack is moved up Sam moves away, Daniel is busy with Atlantis stuff Teal’c is off with the Jaffa, Cameron arrives... there's a lot and it's never explained... Well here's to trying!

Summary
Sam's back from the Hammond, and she and Jack are finally inhabiting the same house. Cassie has come for a visit and some support, fresh out of her first year of medical school and having just been dumped (very close to) the altar. Jack's juggling the fate of the universe and his favorite women--only to come across something that just might change everything.
The question is: whose is it?
And now that he's found it, what the hell is he supposed to do about it?
