That's the people of Zaun , beaten and bruised but always staying in the fight.Over the years vampires have become more and more "human" and allow the Zaunites more freedoms like choosing to offer their blood to them. As their bloodlines thinned and they started to have trouble procreating taking humans as lovers. Children have been born with a vampire gene while remaining mostly human. Those unlucky children who are born with a stronger vampire traits are taken into Piltover. Never to be seen again. While Hunter's kill any vampire they find in Zaun and protect their child even if they need to throw some to the monsters upstairs to do so.
Struggling to survive and hiding a vampire child of his own Vander is put in a tough position. His oldest refusing to give her sister up to the people of Piltover and throwing herself at trouble while the youngest plays with a hunter's son. Summary
Silco's... not a good parent. As much as he loves his daughter, he has a few flaws when it comes to her. But he can explain it all away, from slipping drugs into her tea to keep her his perfect little girl to keeping her safe away from the world. He can even explain giving her to the Enforcers in exchange for Zaun - after all, they've given their word that Jinx is not to be harmed.
Ekko, meanwhile, went to the bridge upon overhearing the Enforcers' plans to capture Jinx on their radios - she's too far gone, and as the last person who knew Powder as well as the leader of the Firelights, it's his job to put her down.
But after rescuing her instead upon realizing Jinx is still at least a little Powder, when he learns that 'Jinx' the persona isn't real but instead a defense mechanism, upon learning about the drugs in her system and the pain and fear inflicted on her, he insists she can be saved.
And thus begins the rest of her life.
(Featuring childhood-friends-to-enemies-to-friends-to-lovers Timebomb, a complicated relationship between Jinx and Silco, genius Firelight bioengineer Jinx/Powder, and Jinx proving she's stronger and better than anyone gives her credit for.)

Frieren runs an unsuccessful bookstore (mostly because she refuses to sell the books) but stays afloat because of the coffee shop inside the store. With top notch coffee and questionable baked goods, the Gilded Grimoire is her pride and joy. Himmel, returning from a long war, is in search of peace, good coffee and rare books. Its a cute-meet in the making - if Frieren can be persuaded to actually sell a book.

Summary
In the ash and rubble of the various fights around the undercity, there is one constant; a flash of blue hair popping up when you least expect it. The princess of Zaun, Silco’s most trusted, fighting without a cause. Without a purpose.
The days float her by, not even the fights she picks with low level thugs are enough to calm the erratic voices in her mind anymore. It’s all just… too damn boring. Never enough to hold her attention for long. Thankfully there’s a nice change of pace, Jinx’s childhood friend keeps finding new ways to get under her skin.
A huff escapes her mouth as Jinx blows her bangs aside and straightens her stance. At least bickering with the Firelight leader is anything but uninteresting.
