Summary
Jotaro Kujo, part of the Speedwagon ocean conservation foundation, finds an unexpected creature while chasing some poachers. Put in charge of the creature's care, Jotaro is convinced it's intelligent and his chase of the poachers is put on the back burner while he begins to unwisely bond with the creature. In the end, what he finds isn't nearly as shocking as what comes out of the ocean to demand the creature back.
