Summary
(possible spoilers, read this after you've finished UN and possibly book 8?) Alternate twist to the original UN story, happens sometimes around the part where the Iron Triangle meets up with Mrs Huo after Xiao Hua convinced them to, and after they escape from the old Huo's family's abandoned shop converted into a replica of the octogonal building.
What if things had actually gone a bit differently? Wu Xie doesn't bring Pang Zi and Xiao Ge with him this time to talk with Mrs Huo and pays for his mistake. Now Xiao Ge has to be there to repair the damage done by Wu Xie's tendency to trust too willingly. But how does he fix something he cannot fight physically?
How does one decision alter the course of the whole story... ? As Wu Xie and his friends are stuck in a sick game with Mrs Huo who pulls the string to get to her revenge. Zhang Ri Shan and his strange young friend, a lanky blue haired kid come to offer their help. New friendships are formed, bonds are strengthened and everyone learns the meaning of trusting one another.
(Follows the plot all the way to Banai and beyond. Should be read with the cast of UN and the way they interpreted their characters in mind.)
