A bit of a scatterbrained reader of many fandoms with a love of speculative fiction (science fiction and fantasy), I have more unfinished stories than I like. Currently trying to discipline myself and just finish something for now. Hectic real life is more focused on grad school right now.
"A Few Screws Loose is the New Normal" is on hiatus until I get over this grad school application thing. The "Folded" series is on an even further backlog because I haven't gotten around to the history of computing and the Star Wars EU. I know, I know, Disney just demolished them all. Doesn't mean they're not relevant. The only reason I can begin and keep writing "Strange Attractors" is because I wrote it for my sister than anything (she can give near-instantaneous feedback anytime I ask for it), and it's 100% in the HP 'Verse, which means, I can just make things up when canon gives me a blank*.
I make it a habit of mine to leave at least one review before I bookmark anything. Thus I have more fanfics saved in my hard drive than bookmarked, usually because I haven't managed to give a constructive feedback on the work to the author that I can't bring myself to just click and add it to my favourites.
*Not that it stops me from researching the 1940s and WWII.
