Summary
Izuku Midoriya knows he not quirkless. His mom told him, his dad (before he left) told him. Even his doctor said it was unlikely. None of that changed the fact that 9 years after his 5th birthday he still has yet to show signs of a quirk. but that all changes when Bakugo takes his bullying to far and Izuku unlocks a whole new set of instincts and skills that were hiding the surface all along.
His quirk might not be the flashiest. Might not be the most "Heroic", but it doesn't matter to Izuku. He's going to use whatever he has and become the best hero he can be. even if it so much easier to just slip under the radar. After all, who said a rouge couldn't be a hero.

“You would do the world a favor if you just died.” The words sparked something in Izuku. An empty thing deep in his stomach. He would not die like this, he decided. He would not fall, not like this. Izuku pulled on the void inside him, grasping at it with all he had. And closed his mouth around the sludge invading him.
Midoriya Izuku lived most of his life as a punching bag. Everyone thought he was quirkless, weak. Even he did. Until one day he discovered a power that could put him on top of the world. The question is will it be as a hero, or will his thirst for vengeance pull him to the side of evil?

"Vla- no, not him." Shota scowled, he would rather give up all his naps than live to see the day where Sekijiro Kan of all people became his superior. "Snipe?!"
"Not emotionally available at the moment as he is currently battling his romantic feelings for Kayama-san." Shota shot back down.

"As you can see, me appointing you as principal is the only logical decision available,"
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Or: Nezu goes on a week long business trip and makes Aizawa the temporary principal while he's gone, giving him all the powers the principal of UA would normally have. Aizawa, prepared to use this power to it's full capacity, silently vows to make as many changes to UA as he can in a single week. He appoints Midoriya as his secretary for the time being and together they wreak havoc among the school, showing no mercy to any obstacle in their path (And maybe becoming father and son along the way). The rest of the staff and students are left to sit back and watch as everything they know goes up in flames.

“Did you catch him, Endeavor?” Izuku asks as he stares up, up, up at the behemoth of a man. Cold, blue eyes turn to him, his hard expression never changing. No one says anything for a moment.
“I will,” Endeavor says finally. “Someday, I will find that man.”
Izuku accepts the promise with a nod. He has no tears left and wouldn’t have squandered them on Midoriya Hisashi if he did, so he simply bows deeply to the hero.
“Thank you.”
“Don’t thank me, Izuku. It is my duty. He has disgraced the Todoroki clan for the last time. We will not allow this villain to sully our family name any further.”
Izuku straightens, confusion clear on his face.
“You don’t know why I am here, do you?” Endeavor asks, “Midoriya Hisashi was born Todoroki Hisashi, my younger brother. You are my nephew.”
