(or, Din is sent to the past, where upon he meets civil war era Death Watch, Jaster and his True Mandos, slowly cottons on to the fact that his 'childhood whimsies' may have had more meaning behind them, and knows just about jack-all about how to deal with any if it.)

Cal didn’t know what he was thinking next. When he saw the… inquisitor? No… not inquisitor… Sith. The level of malice and hatred that the Force bled around him was nothing short of infinite. He had to be a Sith, a conclusion that did nothing to quell his racing heart. Just feeling the Force around him was enough to make him feel like he was thirteen again. Back in that escape pod hurling towards Bracca, powerless and alone.

(Or: The Second Sister captures Cal on Bracca, and Cal Kestis cements his place in the history books as the worst Inquisitor to ever do it. He keeps helping the rebels, and befriending droids. It’s embarrassing, really.)

He's pretty sure this isn't quite what the Armourer meant.
According to his Creed, Din is now an apostate, dar'manda, no longer Mandalorian, yet he is also Mand'alor courtesy of a weird laser sword that he can't seem to get rid of.
In which Din tries to reconcile with his new titles, goes on a journey of self-discovery, and does his best to ignore the incessant ringing noise emanating from the cursed blade on his belt (but that's ok because he’s starting to get the sense that the feeling is mutual).

With Tatooine firmly beneath his heel, Boba Fett had more than enough time to aid the Mandalorian. He would bet his rancor that the man didn't understand the legend that he was becoming.
Or: Djarin unites the Mandalorians without meaning to, unintentionally causes a religious revival, and accidentally becomes the bestest Mand'alor to ever Mand'alor. Because that's the ridiculous and absurd crack my heart wants.

Scratch that, desert planet, and apparently she is an alien now too! What makes matter more complicated, she is found by what appears to be a Jedi that is guarded man-lizard mercenaries. Oh, and they have Baby Yoda.
What is life?!
Now she has to survive "a galaxy far, far away", while figuring out what she's supposed to do now. After all, it is very unlikely she'll ever get home. Piece of cake, right?
