One of the men gives him a small, courtesy smile.

Summary
Seokjin, when a child saves a tiger cub from the clutches of the poachers in the mountains where his grandfather lives. But after his grandfather passes away, he has to leave with his parents to the main town. Years later he returns back to the mountains to continue his study in herbal medicine, unknowing to him what lies ahead in the desolate mountains.
