Giorno failed to see the appeal in such an old-school protocol - having three dozen of grown ass mafiosi kissing a hand in a-row tended to have that effect on you when you were on the receiving-end of the deal. He couldn’t care less about forcing all the retrograde mobsters of Italy to kneel in front of him, but the prospect of having Mista do the same was quite different.
The Don cleared his throat, Guido had a way of always throwing him off by coming out with the most random disarming things.
“Do you want to kiss my hand so badly?”
“Well, yeah... I guess I do.”**
