He was dead. That much was true. Jay Merrick was dead, shot by Alex Kralie in the ruins of a school, sacrificed to a creature he had spent five years researching, then avoiding. He’d died leaning against a concrete wall, blood pooling beneath him, camera still clutched faithfully in his hand, an attachment so familiar it had become a part of him. Summary
With the Olympiad completed, the Phantom Torchbearer assumes that themself and the Silver Knight will cease to exist, returning to the darkness between life and death. But when they wake to find themself imperceivable to humans but still very aware and alive, they and the Knight must reckon with the consequences of existence, and what it means to be a conscious symbol of humanity. Which, of course, means confronting the idea of spending eternity together.

Summary
It is a time of great turmoil in Hyrule. The Sheikah, long known as the Shadow Folk, have been pushed to the brink of extinction. The other races have closed their borders, choosing to preserve themselves from the attack of a mad king. Into this chaotic mess is the next cycle born, though who plays what roles are not obvious. A Prince who only seeks to protect his sister. A Princess who knows more than her years. A Chieftess that holds a divine secret. A King whose power-mad pursuits threaten a kingdom. A Child born into a dying race. A Knight that seeks the glory of his forbears. A Ghost of a child wrongly slain. Who shall take on the necessary roles? Will the cycle continue, or will Hyrule fall?
A high fantasy epic across Hyrule, featuring plenty of political drama, moral dilemmas, and discovering the darkness within oneself.
An original tale set in an original rendition of Hyrule, with bits and pieces taken from many of the games. It could conceivably be in any of the timelines, but that is up to your interpretation.Updates sporadically, but fingers crossed not too much of a gap.
