Summary
Post-"Dad Beats Dad" AU
During Alastor's fight with the loan sharks, one of the sharks lobs a flask of mysterious liquid at him. At first, it seems to do nothing. However, the following morning, a mysterious cursed cat appears in the Hazbin Hotel.
As the only one who can touch it without getting their arms bitten off, it's up to Charlie to figure out what happened and get her hotel back to Hell's version of normal.

Summary
Coming up to three years after the Adam extermination, the hotel is still not getting the business it deserves! Sure there have been sinners interested in the program, but they took advantage of Charlie's trusting nature and Alastor's not-so-great reputation. Alastor and Charlie grow closer throughout their co-management of the hotel and the problems that endure with managing staff and patients, plus dealing with turf wars.

Charlie chewed at her bottom lip. “You’re sure?” she pushed. “Cause if you’re not…” She brushed a loose strand of hair behind her ear, and a touch of nervousness fluttered in her stomach. “If you need to… hunt…”
After ten years together, Charlie knows when her lover has to work off some of his more pent-up demonic aggression with a midnight hunt.
Luckily for the Princess of Hell, she's immortal, and can take it.

It's been a few days since Charlie and crew fought off Adam and his angels. Vaggie returns to Heaven to be a liaison while the Hotel staff work to prepare for the reopening but Charlie is feeling the weight of pushing down her emotions for so many years. When she finally starts to break, Alastor becomes determined to care for her but spending so much time together, he finds he cares more than he realizes.

Something is wrong with Charlie. She’s short tempered, tired, and truly not herself. Alastor finds out the she’s a succubus, but after Angel is unable to face the dark demon, it’s up to Alastor to fix things if he wants things to go back to normal.
