Summary
Lilya ‘Rook’ de Riva, a quick-witted Antivan Crow with a penchant for finding her way through the most difficult and bizarre situations, hides her pain behind sharp humour and a devil-may-care attitude as she finds herself leading the charge against the blighted elven Gods. Always ready with a joke or cutting remark, she protects and inspires those around her, bringing factions from all over together in the fight for Thedas while keeping her own wounds carefully hidden. Haunted by fragmented memories of a betrayal she can’t fully piece together, Rook knows something - someone - is missing from her past, but the truth remains just out of reach.
When she rescues and recruits Lucanis Dellamorte from the Ossuary to join her team, the charming and shrewd Demon of Vyrantium sees through her defences like no one else, all whilst battling with his own, literal demon. As the fight against the Gods forces them closer, Rook’s forgotten memories begin to surface, threatening her carefully maintained control.
When her past and present collide, can Rook make it through, defeat the Gods, maintain her sanity and the relationships that have become so near and dear to her heart?

Summary
Idalia Mae Swan, a 19-year-old trying to escape the shadows of her past, moves to Forks to live with her uncle Charlie after her father’s death. The rainy, overcast town seems the perfect place to keep her distance—until she discovers it holds secrets darker than the weather.
As she reconnects with her cousin Bella, Idalia catches the eye of Caius, Marcus, and Aro, the Volturi kings. Drawn to her in ways they can’t explain, the kings realize she’s their fated mate. Idalia’s name may mean “behold the sun,” but it’s not sunlight she’s destined to face—it’s the dark, irresistible pull of the Volturi kings, and they’ll make sure she never hides from it.

Reyes Vidal Rule #1 of Criminal Enterprise: You don't have to like someone in order to do business with them.
Pathfinder Caveat: But it certainly helps.Reyes Vidal Rule #2 of Criminal Enterprise: The more attractive someone is when they're wearing a gun, the more dangerous they're going to be once they decide to start shooting.
Pathfinder Caveat: That doesn't necessarily mean you should steer clear. Keep a weather eye, be ready to draw first, and if at all possible, keep them pointed at the other guy, just in case.Reyes Vidal Rule #3 of Criminal Enterprise: Whatever you do, don't fall for a mark. It doesn't matter how attractive they are, or smart, or funny. Don't do it. There's way too much at stake.

Summary
Slow-burn fic ME: Andromeda, how an ill-prepared, reluctant 22-year-old heroine would grow into the job and role of Pathfinder and how an annoyingly confident, smooth criminal forces her to face herself, her family, her friends, her history and her situation because, if she wants him AND she wants to save the Initiative, she's going to have to grow up and fight with him. This veers from canon with new plot, characters, extensions on existing characters, etc. NSFW chapters will be marked when they come, but it'll be awhile...I did say slow burn.
