Summary
When Rio joined Agatha on the witches' road, she wasn’t scared. If anything, she was cocky. The idea of walking the witches' road with her wife again felt like an adventure—an opportunity to be by Agatha’s side, even if Agatha clearly didn’t want her there. Rio thought it would be fun, familiar, despite the trials ahead. She had convinced herself nothing could touch her.

Turning to meet the voice, Karlach chokes on air, the mystery of the uproar by the door suddenly solved - Minthara done up to the nines, donning a skimpy red dress that shows off a lot of her. Immediately, Karlach recognises the dress as one Minthara had picked up on their date to the market a few weeks ago - the peddler doing his best to hard sell it to Karlach first, holding the shade up to her matching red skin.
"Absolutely it is," Karlach grins, turning to look over Minthara openly. "Took you long enough," she jokes, standing to pull out the chair next to her for Minthara to sit down on.
Minthara invites Karlach out for a date, a game of pretend, and fake identities.
