Though conceptually similar to my other HG/SS fic, Growing, this fic is more focused and less tangential. Characters are a little different flavors in this fic too: Severus in this story is much more Autistic and Mr. Darcyesque and Hermione is basically a Leslie Knope type run aground.

Summary
A re-write of the Harry Potter series in which Lily Potter's ghost remains attached to Harry in order to continue protecting her son. Also features an edited prophecy, Harry not being a horcrux, and a number of other canon divergences that result directly or indirectly from Lily's presence.
Main series stories will be titled "Well That Just Won't Do - Book X" and will follow Harry's life from Halloween 1981 to Post-Second War. Companion pieces focused on other characters have short, concept-based titles like "Freedom and Recovery" and "Surviving".
