The only thing Billy truly wanted was to get his brother back in his life, even if he had to put Tommy's soul in another boy's dying body. Now that it has been done, Billy decided on his next goal - get Agatha Harkness, his mentor, a new body. Surely that will end well?
Spoiler alert, it doesn't. Billy accidentally send him, Agatha and Tommy back to Wandavision Era and Agatha has to act like responsible adult to try to make sure that all of this will end differently than the last time (read: Tommy and Billy won't die again and Agatha will get to keep her magic)
