Summary
Before he even met Doctor Robotnik, Agent Stone understood the undeniable rules of being his, and truly, he was his. There was a sense of belonging that came with being around the Doctor as a whole, and it was not one of compassion or comfort like one may feel in a domestic partnership. No, from the briefing he had been given on Robotnik, Stone understood that he would no longer be property of the government once he was assigned to him. Instead, he would be Robotnik’s and Robotnik’s alone, no longer his own, yet nothing to Robotnik either. To the Doctor, he was an object to use and dispose of as he saw fit, and most days, even less. That was rule one.
AKA: I intended to write a brief thing about how Stone and Robotnik got together and got wildly carried away.

“What do you want me to do, Doctor?” Maybe it’s the shadows, but Robotnik swears Stone’s eyes look darker.
Instead of replying, Robotnik presses a gloved hand into Stone’s hair. He scratches lightly, coaxing a sigh from the agent. His hand in Stone’s hair is a familiar comfort, something he’d imagined many times during his isolation. Have those deep brown eyes always seemed so attentive? It’s as though the emerald allows Robotnik to feel something else in Stone’s gaze. There is something different about this. Perhaps it’s simply an effect of time passed, but Robotnik isn’t a man who leaves questions unanswered. He wills himself to see deeper than Stone’s skin, past the bone and brain and into the synaptic pathways themselves.

Maybe Adora stayed with the Horde, turned her back on She-Ra and Etheria for someone too small to matter to anything as great as destiny, feels the loss of her sword like a hollowness where a limb should be but sleeps with Catra curled against her side. Or maybe Catra followed and kept following, as the pattern always was, choosing Adora before any duty to commanding officers, and calls to her across battlefields to raise Adora's - She-Ra's - spirits with a smirk.
But Adora wakes, each time, from the fog beyond the mirror.or: the one where adora catches a glimpse of some parallel universes via deux es first-ones-techina and angsts over it.

While Adora plays princess with her new friends Catra is left to deal with both Hordak and Shadow Weaver, until she doesn’t. Tired of being second to everyone and not being enough for them to stay she decides to leave. The fact that some cadets from the Horde follow her isn’t her problem.
or Catra leaves everyone just like they left her but people decide they want to tag along.
I’ll rate the story at the end but if it turns Mature in any sense, most likely in terms of possible violence, I’ll rate it right away if not then it will have one once the story is over.

But the Horde aren't going to just disappear. Shadow Weaver wants Adora back and Hordak wants the Rebellion gone.
Shadow Weaver leaves both tasks in the hands of Force Captain Nightshade and Force Sergeant Whisper. She knows they won't fail. They know that Hordak must win this war...
