There are seven novel-length fics, plus a prologue (to leap and love the fall) and two longer stories (with courage unyielding and the gentle sunlight). The short story collection to journey on contains shorter stories set within the main timeline. All are posted in the correct reading order.

The war was won but the world was barely changed. Bigoted idiots were still in charge of the government. Hatred haunted the halls of Hogwarts. Purebloods still looked down their noses at muggleborns. Light families accused associates of Death Eaters of crime never committed. The Golden Trio were not happy with the outcome of the war. After a night of drinking, they come up with a plan to solve their problems: Travel back to Tom Riddle’s 5th year and befriend him and the Knights of Walpurgis. If they can convince them that blood doesn’t matter, then maybe they can prevent the First Wizarding War and save magical Britain in the process.

This is one of the "canonical" stories of the Harry Potter fandom. I read it once years ago, and just found it again by happenstance. Definitely a must-read!

Tom realizes he needs to soften his image in order to increase his public appeal.
And so, he thinks he’s found a solution in Harry Potter.

I spent two hours this evening trying to find this fic again so that I could read it, I'm not making that mistake again! I eventually searched 'ministry' along with percy's name and gen. There are a lot more percy fics now than there used to be.
This is the one that made me see Percy in a different light - to see that he can be his bureaucratic self and still a hero, that "redemption" can be framing/how the reader looks at a character's actions rather than making the character do something different.
