Momo Ayase was already annoyed when she climbed the stairs to Okarun’s apartment. He had been dodging her texts all morning, something she didn’t think was possible for someone who responded to messages faster than most people blinked.
Her irritation mixed with something else—something heavier. Okarun never ignored her. If anything, he was annoyingly over-communicative.
Okarun get stuck in his cursed form. Momo helps him.

“I’ll be fine. Just might have to sit down in the shower.”
Okarun’s ears blush, the first telltale sign preceding his face going beet-red. “I could… help, if you want.” At Momo’s raised eyebrow, he splutters and blushes so dark she has to hold back a laugh. “Not like that! Nothing weird! I could just… run a bath and help you wash your hair. If— If you want. Only if you want, of course—”
“Okay.”
