Summary
Optronix would do anything to protect his precious baby brother Orion - who objects to the title as they’re twins and had emerged from the Well of Allspark at the same time.
Orion has become rather captivated by the speeches of an upstart gladiator vying for the abolition of the caste system. Orion refuses to listen to Optronix’s warnings not to correspond with the pit-spawned gladiator.

Summary
After the events of MTMTE and the Lost Light, Ultra Magnus is unhappy knowing that Megatron's gone to an eternal spark prison, devoid of sensation and utterly alone. He petitions for Megatron to be released for work--he knows, from seeing Megatron co-captain the Lost Light, that Megatron is responsible, and can be trusted in civilization again.
Prowl, on the other hand, has no intention of allowing the greatest threat to Cybertronian life ANY access to civilization until Prowl can be SURE that he's not going to hurt anyone, ever again. Prowl accepts Megatron as a "bodyguard," but without Ultra Magnus or the Prime knowing, has a mnemnosurgeon modify Megatron for the new role (and rest of his life) into an obedient servant.
This fic picks up after Prowl has spent a little over six months conditioning Megatron's mind and body, and having his own little revenge on the ex-tyrant too, of course.Bookmarked by Smutslug

In a Cybertron ruled not by Functionism, but by the power structure that keeps all minibots enslaved to the "real" mecha, a little yellow bug is purchased from the minibot slave academy by Optimus Prime. Bumblebee, the perfect image of an eager, obedient slave, wants nothing more than to be good for his master. Optimus, who's been working with his allies on advocating for minibot rights, was expecting to find Bumblebee desperate to escape the system and live as a free bot. Bumblebee can't even imagine wanting anything of the kind.
