When he said he imprinted on them as infants, he wasn't lying. They formed a bond, mental and physical, between man and beasts that age never erased.
And they were doing just fine. They were happy as a little pack with a strange but spectacular alpha.
Until Hoskins saw Owen and the raptors getting along wonderfully and does what he always does.

Black Panther paced around, making Bucky look at him in confusion. The others didn’t notice this, as they were either dazed or saddened or in shock of Tony’s critical condition.
“What are you doing?” Bucky finally asked, getting sick of his pacing. T’Challa stopped and looked at the time.
“He should be arriving right now.” He said. Bucky raised his brow. “Who?”
Suddenly a bright green glow appeared just by Tony. The others immediately went into their battle stance as T’Challa visibly relaxed. When the glow faded, the others who were tense also relaxed. Steve broke out a smile.The person who just arrived hovered his hands over Tony’s heart, and a glow appeared. After a moment, which felt like a lifetime to others, the glow faded again as Tony’s eyes widened. The person stepped back just in time for Pepper to hug Tony.
T’Challa went to the person and hugged him. “What took you so long?”
The person chuckled as he hugged back. “Traffic.”
It has been a long time since their healer disappeared. He came back to save the day with a lot to explain.

Summary
It has come to the attention of All Might and his police friends that All for One manage to slip covering up a location of one of his many hideouts in Japan.
Infiltrating the site, they are astonish to find what is inside. Most of the large apartment had been turned into an aquarium. Greenery and beautiful sea life thrived at the sandy flooring of the tanks. Looking around more there are tubes that pass through the wall and into other rooms in the condo unit.
Curious, they follow the tubes and lead in and out of the rooms. Some police left in certain rooms to gather data when it seemed important enough.
Once reaching the last of the rooms, they discover a large tank where all the tubes connected. All kinds of fish swimming about in the tank, even a shark! Approaching closer they try to see more into the tank.
All Might leans closer to the glass to get a better look at the decorated sandy flooring. Perhaps his nemesis hid something important information.
Instead, something darts out from a huge rock.
