It's the middle of playoffs and the Centaurs team doctor Terry is doing physicals to make sure no has sustained any injuries that would affect their play. He does Shane's and he sees Shane is slightly underweight then what is normal for him during playoffs. When he brings it up with Shane he brings up the fact that Shane is diagnosed with an eating disorder and tells him that he will have a chat with Shane's therapist and nutritionist on what to do.
Shane does not take this very well.

Ilya knows he was an asshole last Spring. Shane has been ignoring him all summer. Together, they head up the hill, the music getting steadily louder. Luca pushes open the doors with his back, nearly losing his grip on the watermelons in the process, but Shane is too stunned to really react.
Inside, the room is flooded with couples, just like earlier on the main floor. Only here, no one is dancing an arms-length apart in their cocktail hour outfits to lyric-less jazz. Here, they have a veritable wonderland of debauchery going on.
