Summary
Justiciar Cyrelian is well on the road to recovery, but it is rockier and lengthier than he had feared. Now sharing a house with Ahtar and Erdi, he struggles to navigate these relationships-- and the personal tragedy suffered by his former caretakers-- while trying not to think about what his future will be like with the Thalmor, now that he is incapable of magicka.
In the midst of this, Marcus appears, to make accusations and demands, as the dragons continue to devastate Skyrim. Once again Cyrelian is forced to contemplate an act of treason, one that he desperately hopes will clear the Thalmor of any wrongdoing.

Summary
At the end of Sentiment, Justiciar Cyrelian collapsed from his injuries and illness. He has now been brought to Winterhold, where he will spend a significant period of time recovering and trying to make sense of his surroundings.
Back at home in Alinor, Cyrelian's family has started to make attempts to locate him.
Advisor Ancano travels to Solitude to meet with a trusted acquaintance to make inquiries about his new charge's history and significance.
Justiciar Cyrelian opens his eyes-- and believes himself to be in great danger.
Ahtar and Erdi go off adventuring in their efforts to make a new life for themselves... and end up parting ways. Erdi continues onwards at Sheogorath's urgings, towards Haafingar. Ahtar must go to Whiterun Hold and come to terms with his own past. The two return to Winterhold to make their home with Cyrelian as he recovers and struggles to adjust to his new circumstances.

Summary
Three years she spent running from her destined duty. As the wheel slowly turned upon her, the last Dragonborn, she finds that there was nowhere left to run. When a Thalmor begs her for help, she will have to flee from Ulfric and his campaign to free Skyrim. Flee Skyrim to prepare while dragons ravage the whole of Tamriel.
This story was inspired by the "Diplomatic Immunity" quest. As I was sneaking around, I overheard a few Thalmor soldiers talk about how they were worried about the dragons. Alongside the Dossiers about the dragons, it seemed to me that the Thalmor were concerned and would want to take matters into their own hands. If they stood a chance to gain a powerful ally in the process, they'd be quite focused on retrieving the Dragonborn.
