Summary
Seven years ago, Enid and Wednesday's paths diverged after their High School graduation. It seemed unlikely that their paths would ever cross again.
That is until Wednesday's neighbours, Claire and Joe Wainwright, make the decision to accept their son's offer to move into the cottage on his property. The only problem? They need to sell their current home first.
The Addams family have no desire to see Claire and Joe move, and the various agents and realtors of Smith&Townes befall a series of unfortunate ‘accidents' at the hands of the Addams family.
In a last ditch effort to get the Wainwrights out of their home by Christmas, Smith&Townes take a chance on an up-and-coming realtor from one of their satellite offices.
Enid Sinclair has four months to sell a house, evading the schemes of various Addams family members along the way. She knows she might live to regret it but she's too good at her job not to try.
But what happens when our former friends meet? Can friendship survive enemy fire? And what do they do about that awkward crush they've both been avoiding for seven years?

Summary
With the creation of Project Insight and the ability to launch five years later, the Winter Soldier was supposed to become obsolete. However, two unsurprising and one surprising individual aim to prevent Hydra from gaining power once more.
Sam Wilson meets Steve Rogers, who has become more suspicious of SHIELD and the people he works for. Steve decides to trust this new friend in the fight to unmask Hydra and take them down.
What no one expects is who the Winter Soldier actually is.
A rewrite of a fic published in 2021. Some things will be the same, some will change, which is why I deleted the old one and am now posting a new one.
This will follow the events of Captain America: Birth of the Winter Soldier and the A(BO)vengers. However, it is not necessary to have read other parts of the two series, but it may help to read Captain America: The Birth of the Winter Soldier for minor details that were covered. :)

Summary
Bilbo waited until most of the Dwarves were asleep before singling out Bofur. If this was some sort of faux pas, he wanted as few Dwarves to bear witness to it as possible. He walked across the campsite with purpose, ignoring the sudden rush of nervousness.
“Bofur?” he asked in half a whisper.
The Dwarf looked up at him with a cheery expression. “What is it, Master Baggins?”
Bilbo exhaled shortly, collecting whatever courage he had left. “I uh. My hair has been…” He paused a moment. “Getting in my face of late and I certainly don’t have the tools to cut it,” he added almost as an aside to himself. “And I was just wondering if you could braid it for me.”~*~
Or: In which Thorin is an idiot, Bilbo is culturally unaware, and Bofur causes problems on purpose.

Summary
Upon waking up from protecting Wei Ying after the Nightless City massacre, Lan Zhan discovers that Wei Ying is dead. Overcome with grief, he takes out his anger on the elders responsible. After, he goes to the Burial Mounds, intending to take his own life. Instead, he discovers A-Yuan and resolves to take care of the child until the boy is self-sufficient. On the cusp of adulthood, A-Yuan fears that every day may be the last day he sees his father. Thankfully, Wei Ying is resurrected in the nick of time, banishing such suicidal thoughts from Lan Zhan's mind. There's just one thing:
"Lan Zhan, what do you mean you've seceded from the Lan Sect?!"
