This isn't his body, his is broken and scarred, not delicate and soft, but most of all, he isn't pregnant, not one bit. But here he is and married to a man he once called his best friend. How did this monster version of himself marry his best friend, have children, and keep them? Can he even fix this?

Aka Bruce wakes up in an alternate world where men can have children, and apparently, they have ears, tails that can transform! But most of all, the body of the Bruce he has now taken over was a man worse than his own made-up Brucie persona because he was a spoiled, merciless brat and unforgiving asshole. Now he has to deal with the love he has for his best friend being a reality, with some steps skipped, being pregnant, and having many children. Bruce needed a nap.

Or crack treated very seriously of how I imagined older Clark and Battinson finally getting into bed after three months of, in their words, trying to take it slow.

Barry and Bruce were the outliers, choosing to continue sitting at the table. Or rather, Bruce was sitting in the chair while Barry sat on top of the large circular table near him while emitting his music. He didn’t want to be mean and leave Bruce at the table by himself.
“Fish boy has a whole...whale? Which is crazy considering he already controls most of the ocean so the sound is really on the nose-“ Hal began to ramble off to himself, absentmindedly waving his hand as he motioned John to continue it for him.

Then he took a deep breath and he changed. He ironed out every fold in his posture and his face until he looked like Superman again. His shoulders were broad, his gaze was confident, and his smile showed no sign of embarrassment or fear.
It’s genuinely uncomfortable to watch.
Especially since Bruce knows that change. He’s seen it in the mirror before entering parties or nightclubs. He’s always referred to it, internally, as 'putting on my better face.' The façade is his least favourite part of the day, ranking just below 'getting punched by supervillains.'
The idea that Superman is just Kal's better face, that would explain a lot.
It would also mean Bruce isn't alone.
