Summary
It has been three years since Amity Park first saw ghosts, and now it was uncommon to go a day without an explosion or fight of some kind. Heroes have shown up, the Red Huntress, the GIW, The Fenton’s, and Phantom.
Danny Fenton used to be an A+ student; he was going to go on to be an astronomer, an astronaut, and live out his dreams of visiting the stars. No one really knows what happened to the bright kid he used to be, but he was now failing practically every class, and if he wasn’t sleeping in class, he was missing half of it. No one knows what happened to the bright young star, but they want to.
Danny Phantom is the Ghost Prince. After defeating the prior Ghost King, every entity in the Ghost Realm was preparing for his coronation. The day his body turns eighteen years old, he will be the Ghost King. However, they cannot have a halfling as their king, so the only viable option is to kill his human half. Thankfully that has already been written into the coronation process. They just need to collect the ingredients for the potion. Danny Phantom would rather not be king, but he doesn’t get a say in the matter.

Summary
The island of Kerch has slowly but surely getting infected by the common cold. It happens every year, people will get sick for a month or so before it vanishes as if it hadn’t ever been there.
Kaz Brekker hates being sick, ever since he was saved from Jakob Hertzoon’s basement, being sick for a month straight after his brother died. Kaz Brekker hates being sick, and does most things to prevent it from happening, most things other than eat right, getting enough sleep, and not walking around at night in freezing weather.
OR
Kaz gets sick after a heist with his Crows, and they take care of him.
Can be read as a stand alone, however takes place after We Pretend That We Can’t Feel (the spiral).

It’s been a bad day. The thought of touch, even through clothes made bile rise in his throat. He could barely move his leg enough to maneuver from his bed to his desk.
If it was a better day, if he wasn’t required to put more thoughts on his leg, if he wasn’t as exhausted, if he’d gotten restful sleep the night prior, if he didn’t have a headache, if he didn’t feel the invisible pieces of glass shredding his throat every time he swallowed, if any of these were not a factor, perhaps the rest of the night wouldn’t have turned out the way it did.

All of these fics are set in the same universe, but should be good to be read separately! I’ve been obsessed with this series since I read the first one, and wanted more found family, and to see Kaz get the help he so desperately needs. If anyone has any requests I will do my best to write it!

Summary
Inej was always silent when she came in, but Kaz always seemed to just know she was there. Like he could sense her presence somehow. It unnerved her and made things easier for her all at once. It’s not like he usually greeted her properly when she came in, but if he was home, there was usually at least some kind of noise as evidence.
Maybe he wasn’t home. And she had just waltzed into his apartment uninvited for no reason. And yet.
And yet, the nagging in Inej’s gut wouldn’t go away, and so she pressed onward into the entryway. There was no harm in confirming that maybe nobody was there.
(or: Inej is worried about Kaz and does some slight breaking and entering about it.)

But the chalkboard out front had boasted something about new fall drinks—maple lattes, spiced chai, chestnut mochas—and against his better judgment, he’d stepped in. He’s passed by this cafe for three years straight on his way to class without ever going in, but he had time to kill now that his professor cancelled today's lecture with a one-sentence email two hours before it was set to begin.
Ten minutes later, his patience was hanging by a thread. The crowd pressed too close, the hum of chatter felt like a swarm, and the C-brace bit sharply into the flesh above his knee. He shifted his weight, jaw tight, mentally running through the list of more productive things he could be doing instead. By the time he finally reached the front of the line, he was scowling, ready to spit out his order and leave. And then he saw her.
