“What are you staring at Master Anthony?” Jarvis asks him gently, because Jarvis is always gentle.
It’s what Tony loves about him.
“Dog,” Tony tells him simply as he raises a hand and points in the sick looking dog’s direction.
“Ah,” Jarvis’ voice sounds pinched and when Tony looks up his lips are pursed. “I’ll call Maxwell, he’ll catch the poor thing and see that it’s cared for.”
“No,” Tony shakes his head even as he toes disinterestedly at the ball. “It’s leaving soon.”
“Really now,” Jarvis pats him softly on the head. “What makes you say that?”
“It’s going to die.” Tony tells him seriously as he tilts his head up to look Jarvis in the eye.

Summary
Tony can see Steve's soulmark under his left collarbone; it's a circle, with lines going out from it, twisting and turning. It looks like a sun with a dark, yet vibrant, blue color. Tony looks over at Bucky, staring briefly at his right upperarm, where he knows the exact same sun will be hiding under the longsleeved shirt he is wearing.
Tony takes his coffe and goes to his workshop, saying something about a new device to his helmet to the rest of the team in the room.
He ignores the burn right between his shoulderblades, where a blue sun is hiding.

Summary
One year after the Civil War, Bucky Barnes is pardoned, thanks in large part to Tony Stark, and given a chance to return in order to remove the triggers in his head, courtesy of the upgraded BARF tech. Bucky is ready to heal and make amends, but can he atone for all the damage done?
The path forward seems daunting and there are challenges ahead, but may be both he and Tony can find hope in the most unexpected place - each other.
Because no matter how cold a winter, spring always follows.
