As the years wind on, immortals can often find that they are at odds with themselves. An endless future before, an immutable past behind, it can be painfully easy to simply let go of all that matters, and fall to the background.
That's why it's good to have hobbies. Like Maenahîr does. He wants to conquer the world. And with a thousand years of experience in fighting, scheming, conquering, and cheating, not to mention a degree of foreknowledge, he's better-positioned than most to make his efforts into reality, even with the number of responsibilities, obligations, petty grievances, and master plans he is juggling at all times. The only problem is that there are others in the world with similar designs, and he is notoriously bad at sharing. In the words of one such rival: "This world isn't yours to conquer."
So he will need to get... creative.

Summary
An OC/SI by the name of Alan Fou Varez vows internally to make this new, semi-familiar world of airships, mecha, dungeon-delving, and lame romantic plots (that beget massive warfare and death on an untold scale) into one that serves him well.
This will not be nearly as easy as he believes it will, especially when he finds himself out in the world with nothing but a sword, a shoddy little airboat, and no choice but to dungeon-delve to make ends meet... but a rich friend or two can go a long way.

Summary
Assorted short stories revolving around the Gotham Union of Goons, AKA... The Goonion.
1 - Ne-Goontiating Table: Mick, Jeremy, and Brass, Goonion representatives, attempt to talk one of the Goonion's employers around to adding something new to the standard benefits package for hired criminals... but this particular benefit is a bit of a sore spot. It's a coin flip whether or not he'll go for it, and it's even odds on whether or not they get to walk away!
Primarily comedic in nature (hopefully) I intend to basically make a few jokes about Gotham and its criminal and vigilante cultures, without actually treating them as complete jokes. Basically, trying to have fun without completely undercutting the setting and any tension it might hold, by way of focusing on OCs in comparatively lower-stakes situations.

A Senator from a less prominent planet has had enough of Chancellor Palpatine's incompetence and calls for a Vote of No-Confidence and the installation of Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi as Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic.
This one action becomes the catalyst that changes the direction of the galaxy.

I am incredibly fed up with self-insert stories. Especially those happening to me. I've decided to make them everyone else's problem.
The world has been changed. The consequences of my hubris (for details consult The Tale of the Champion by V. Tethras, I am still penning my version down, because due to some revolutions it was hard to do until now) have caught up with me and I've ended up exactly where I did not want to be: Knee deep in snow and end-of-the-world bullshit (again).
Trying to hide a spirit possession and running dangerously low on fucks to give it has been once again put upon me to stop the end of the world.If the world burns, it burns on my terms.
(While the story for DA2 and the gap between it and DAI are not out yet, certain passages might not make a complete sense. But I consider you a capable enough reader to do without strictly chronological narrative.)
