    He rounds the corner, spotting Buck leaning against the sink, the kitchen light illuminating him in the dark of the night, holding what looks like a bag of…..croutons?

    “What are you doing?” Eddie mumbles, voice still croaky with sleep. Buck jumps what seems to be a foot in the air, clutching a hand to his chest. His eyes look droopy but startled, t-shirt sleep-rumpled and the bottoms of his joggers pushed up his calves, face crinkled with pillow lines. He breathes into their shared space as Eddie steps further into the kitchen, clutching the counter in an attempt to stay upright in his half-asleep slumber.

    or, the one where buck moves in, does many weird things in the kitchen, and finally kisses eddie.
