Summary
Zhou Zishu works in law enforcement in the biggest city on the new planet, although his dedication to the law is questionable at best.
Perhaps the best example of this is the lustful man who runs the nearby noodle shop - the one who is almost certainly leading the biggest crime syndicate around.
With real chicken in his food though, and - although Zhou Zishu is reluctant to admit it - animal attraction between the two of them, well...Zhou Zishu may as well have never heard of Ghost Valley at all.

Summary
Jiang Cheng wrote three times a year for over a decade and a half requesting that Lan Sizhui come and visit. Finally, at nineteen, arrived, having absolutely no clue why the sect leader would want him to come. Jiang Cheng showed him to his quarters, opened the doors, and said, "This was your father's room."
Suddenly, Lan Sizhui finds himself in the home of the father he'd forgotten, but surrounded by his things. With the relics left behind by a man shoved into shadows by an awful war, Sizhui has to figure out who his father was and why people refuse to say his name. Summary
Zhou Zishu had been given a second chance he never would have dared ask for, though it granted him nothing but his own memories and the ability to try again.
He wished there had been any surety that Wen Kexing would ride back on the wheels of time with him, but there wasn’t. It would need to be enough to have been given the knowledge to save himself, find a little more time and a little less torment, and work towards easing Wen Kexing’s heart and setting the jianghu down a less bloodied path.

Wei Wuxian dies at twenty-two and doesn’t come back. Lan Wangji dies in an “unfortunate accident” in a temple in Yunping at thirty-seven. The world moves on.
Thousands of years later, Wei Ying and Lan Zhan have a senior thesis in cultivation to co-write on the Yiling Patriarch. It doesn’t go exactly how they were expecting.

“I still do not understand why you were able to read the journal in the first place,” Lan Zhan says.Wei Ying grins. “You’ll laugh,” he says. He won’t, of course. Lan Zhan doesn’t laugh. But maybe he can swing a smile. “It’s because of the name thing. He wrote his name into the scrambling talisman. So it says that no one can undo the lock but Wei Ying.” He hooks a thumb at himself.
Everyone’s always said his name is unlucky. This is the first time it’s worked out in his favor. It’s not a coincidence either; apparently his mother thought it would be funny. Mrs. Yu had told him that with a curl in her lip, as if it didn’t make him wish he knew his parents even more.

"A potion that compels the truth," Wen Kexing says, and then gasps. He covers his own mouth with his free hand, while Zhou Zishu stares at him.
