Peter blinked in the bright light. Something wasn’t right. He’d been on patrol, peacefully sat on a rooftop, waiting. No spidey sense, no sound, no warning, all of a sudden there was a sharp pain to the back of his head and- Peter looked around. Where was he? Did he leave the stove on? Oh god, what was he supposed to do if he did? Was he dead? Was this heaven? Hell?
“Next.” A bored voice called from in front of him. Peter quickly stepped forward to the dull oak desk that had seemingly just appeared in the otherwise blank landscape. “Name?” the person asked.
