For a camp kid like Jesse, a life inside the walls of New Pittsburgh was all he could wish for growing up, but now—after nearly six years in the so-called model city of the new world—he couldn’t help but wonder if this place was all it was cut out to be; waking up for his nine-to-five in the IT Department of TetraBotics Manufacturing before commuting back home for yet another lonely evening in his Highland Square apartment.
But after a snarky blue adder is finally hired to fill the desk across from his, Jesse quickly finds his day-to-day routine taking a change for the better, and for the worse… but mostly for the worse.
