I’m working without a beta so spelling and grammar errors are my own, and an apology in advance for anything extremely British coming from an American characters mouth, and any geography errors when it comes to New York, I am using maps and wiki for reference, but never having been to America, I can only use what is available to me online. But some HYDRA programming remains strong in Bucky's mind and the Winter Soldier isn't pleased that he still hasn't completed his last given mission.
