Summary
It's been five years since Zim first landed on Earth, and if Dib is being honest, he's getting a little bit bored of his home city. Zim's plans barely make him blink anymore and he's exhausted every possible nook and crany looking for new paranormal activity.
So when he turns 16, trusting that Gaz (with a sufficient bribe) would handle the maybe-not-so-world-threatening-anymore Zim; Dib secures a job as a Swollen Eyeball field agent, and heads out on the solo paranormal hunting road trip of his dreams.
He manages 2 days before Zim catches up with him.
Then, with a trade and the promise of no world domination until the end of the summer, Dib agrees to let Zim tag along on his once dream road trip.
